CPO Canada only works alongside the most sophisticated, technically proficient, and reliable repair shops. In order for a repair shop to meet the criteria of being a CPO Canada Certified Repair & Maintenance Shop, the certification process requires:
- Examination of shop reviews
- Customer list for random calling and general interviews
- Supplier list for random calling and general interviews
- List of current National Account Fleets serviced
- List of equipment/hoists/machines/services provided at their facility
- Preference given to locations with DVI technology
- Documentation of number of technicians and what certifications each carries
- Documentation of number of registered apprentices
- Documentation of number of general service employees
- Information on availability of loaner/rental vehicles
- Information on whether rides are offered to clients
